Movitum Magnesium-FOS contains Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Fruit-Oligosaccharides. Fructo-Oligosaccharides (FOS) increase colon-rectal absorption of Magnesium by causing a decrease in the lumen pH of the large intestine.
