The register is very simple and you only need to fill out our membership form once, and in future purchases your data will be pre-filled automatically. By being registered in our website and subscribed to our newsletter, you can be promptly informed about campaigns and special or exclusive offers.

In your personal area you will be able to: update personal data, review authorizations, check the statues of your orders, and check your balance or available discount vouchers, as well as the history of orders and purchases made.

On our website you will be able to acquire dermocosmetics, hygiene products, food supplements, orthopedic material, and veterinary products, among others.

You can order your medicines online, by filling in the form available for that purpose. Your request will be processed by a professional from Moreno Pharmacy (Farmácia Moreno), who will contact you for any clarification that is necessary and to plan the delivery

We do not deliver medicines abroad.

We comply with a strict privacy policy, and your data will under no circumstances be provided to third parties without your knowledge and consent.

We remind you that you can review your authorizations through your personal area.

Once you complete your request, you will receive an automatic response, informing you that your order is being processed.

We work with several partners in order to provide several practical, safe and reliable payment methods. There are available options for payment with credit or debit card (Visa e MasterCard), MBWay, ATM reference, and bank transfer.

In the checkout process, the various shipping options available for your order will be presented, as well as the associated costs.

To Mainland Portugal delivery costs 4.49€, but you can have free shipping in orders over 35€.

You can always pick up your order at the Pharmacy without any additional costs, and you will be informed when it is available for pick up. The average preparation time is 24 hours.

We deliver orders to all Portuguese territory and to other European Union countries. In case of doubt please contact our customer service.

If your order is still in logistical processing, it is possible to change it or cancel it. You should contact our customer service as soon as possible with your request.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, it is not possible to make changes / cancellations.
