1. Shake well.

2. Apply the foam to the palm of your hand or directly to your skin and spread evenly over your face and body.

3. Wash your palms after use.

4. Wait a few minutes for the product to dry.

5. Reapply every 2/3 days until you achieve your desired tan.

Tip for a more intense effect: exfoliate your skin beforehand.
