Clean and dry the skin of dirt and lotions before applying the dressing. Open by tearing the dressing wrapper. Remove the protective paper from the dressing (marked 1). Apply the dressing centered over the blister, avoiding folds. Remove the folded white flap. Remove the top protective plastic layer (marked 2). You can keep the dressing on until it peels off naturally, but no longer than five days. Change the dressing if the gel pad becomes saturated.

Precautions: People with impaired wound healing, e.g. diabetics/elderly, should check the blister regularly. Do not use on blood blisters or deep blisters, or on heavily bleeding or infected blisters. Single-use product.
