Separate a single dose and open by twisting the top. Can be used daily for nasal and ocular hygiene, 1 to 6 rinses a day, depending on need. For nasal hygiene: instillation or rinsing for dry or blocked nostrils. For eye hygiene: instill as a wash or in a bath to cleanse the eyes. For ear hygiene: as a rinse.

Precautions: Single use only. Do not use the same single dose for different uses. After opening: use immediately and discard the single-dose container after use. Do not use after the use-by date. Do not use a damaged unit dose.
