To support nutritional needs in case of excesses (food, alcohol, tobacco or other), Absorvit® Refresh Detox contains vitamins C and B2, which contribute to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidations and to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6, like vitamin C, helps with energy-producing metabolism and the normal functioning of the immune system.

Take 1 effervescent tablet dissolved in a glass of water before an excess of food, alcohol or smoking. If necessary, repeat the dose after the excess. Take 1 effervescent tablet on waking (day after the excess) dissolved in a glass of water. If necessary, reinforce the dose with another effervescent tablet, before lunch. Take immediately after effervescence ends.
