Wash your hands thoroughly and use clean, sterile utensils. Also check that the top of the package is clean. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool until it reaches approximately 40ºC. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle (it is important to check the Feed Table). Use the measuring spoon and shallow measures to ensure the correct dose. Do not press the powder. Add the dose to the bottle, close it and turn it vigorously between your palms for 5 minutes (the time between adding milk and turning the bottle should be as short as possible). Shake the bottle well (approximately 20 seconds) so that the powder dissolves well in the water. Before offering the baby milk, check the temperature by pouring a few drops on the wrist (the milk should reach a maximum of 37ºC). WARNING: Do not re-boil the same water for other bottles.
