It can be used by adults, pregnant women, children and babies from 1 month of age. Carefully insert the diffuser tip into the nostril. Press the diffuser tip with your index finger for 2 to 3 seconds to spray. 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril morning and evening. The number of sprays can be increased as needed. After each use, wash the diffuser tip with clean, warm water and dry. The same diffuser should not be used by more than one person.

Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist for more than 4 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged, due to the risk of contamination. For babies, the elderly, bedridden people and/or people with disabilities, it is recommended to use the product in a side-lying position, with the head slightly raised. Never wash your nose with your head tilted back to avoid ingesting or spraying the product into the wrong cavity/channel. If a doctor prescribes a nasal medication, use this spray before application and not after the prescribed treatment.
